Services Offered

Bongo Designs Co offers custom product design, 3D printing, laser engraving, reverse engineering, and small-batch manufacturing services. All services are performed in-house unless otherwise specified.

Quotes and Estimates

• All project quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

• Quotes may change if the scope, materials, or design is modified after issuance.

• We reserve the right to refuse projects that fall outside our capabilities or violate legal or ethical standards.

Payments

• Payment is required in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept payment via PayPal Invoice ensuring access to various payment methods

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Turnaround Time

• Estimated lead times will be provided with your quote.

• While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to material availability, machine downtime, or technical complications.

• Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

• Shipping fees and timelines will be disclosed prior to order confirmation.

• We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are not accepted for custom items unless the product is defective or materially differs from the approved specifications.

• Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence.

• If a return or reprint is approved, we may require the original part to be shipped back for inspection.

• A 15% scrap fee may apply to canceled orders prior to production.

File Submissions and Intellectual Property

• All files submitted to us are assumed to be owned or licensed by the client. We are not responsible for the legal use of designs submitted by clients.

• We do not claim ownership of your designs. However, we reserve the right to photograph completed parts for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Designs developed by Bongo Designs Co may not be resold or reproduced without written permission, unless a full rights transfer agreement has been executed.

Dimensional Tolerances

• We aim for dimensional accuracy of ±0.1 mm for 3D printed parts and ±0.05 mm for laser-engraved features.

• Tolerance-sensitive applications must be disclosed prior to quote approval.

Customer Responsibility

• You are responsible for verifying all dimensions, material suitability, and end-use requirements before production.

• We do not guarantee performance in high-stress, load-bearing, or mission-critical environments unless specified.

Limitation of Liability

• Bongo Designs Co is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, installation, or modification of our parts.

• Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
