Technical Capabilities

All parts are printed using high-precision FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology, ensuring strong layer adhesion, clean detail, and reliable dimensional accuracy. This method allows us to produce functional prototypes, end-use parts, and multi-color components with consistency and efficiency.

Individual Components must be printable within a volume of:

Larger Components can be created using multiple sections assembled in post-processing

±0.1 mm on most features
Actual tolerances may vary slightly depending on geometry, material, and orientation. Tight-tolerance fits (e.g., press-fit or snap-fit components) are dialed in per application using iterative calibration and test fitting.
